- זִיכֵּי, זִיכַּיָּאm. pl. (זכי, Pa.) clearings, i. e twigs, roots collected for clearing the ground, rubbish. M. Kat. 10b; B. Bath.54a האי מאן דזכי ז׳ (Ar. זִכַּיָּא, Var. in Mss. דִּיכַּיָּא, דִּכַּ׳, זִכַּ׳, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note) he who clears away rubbish.
